The BJP has filed an official complaint against Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar over his recent remarks targeting the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
The complaint, submitted to the Election Commission, alleges that Kumar’s statements were inflammatory and violated the Model Code of Conduct during the ongoing election period.
BJP leaders have demanded strict action, accusing Kumar of spreading misinformation and attempting to provoke communal sentiments. The Congress has yet to issue a formal response.
