The Institute of Company Secretaries of India ( ICSI) has announced that the online examination enrolment window for the December 2025 session of CS examinations will reopen from 10:00 hrs on October 23, 2025, to 23:59 hrs on October 25, 2025. During this period, students can submit requests for examination enrolment with late fee, addition of module with late fee, and exemption based on higher qualification.
ICSI CS change window
ICSI stated that the online window for change services, including change of examination centre, medium, module, and optional subject, will remain closed from 10:00 hrs on October 23, 2025, to 23:59 hrs on October 25, 2025. Students can submit requests for such changes between October 26, 2025, and November 21, 2025, until 16:00 hrs. Requests received after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
ICSI CS 2025: Pre-exam test and TDOP completion deadlines
Students who have not yet completed the Pre-Examination Test may do so between October 11, 2025, and October 24, 2025, by 17:30 hrs. The completion window for the Training for Development of Professional (TDOP) course is from October 11, 2025, to October 20, 2025.

Click on the ICSI CS December Exam 2025 registration link.
Enter the required registration details on the new page.
Submit and log in to the account.
Fill in the application form and make the online payment.
Submit and download the confirmation page.
Keep a printed copy for future reference.

The examination fee for the Executive Programme is ₹1500 per group, while for the Professional Programme, it is ₹1800 per group. A late fee of ₹250 will be charged for submission of the exam form, changes to the exam centre, group, medium, optional subject, or addition of group. Payments must be made online.
