Denise Richards' estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, claimed he caught the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star cheating on him earlier this year. Her alleged infidelity led to him filing for divorce this month after six years of marriage, with the official date of separation being listed as July 4.
His claims come as Wild Things actress Denise was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex. According to US reports, the restraining order will last through August 8, when the pair are due in court. It was said he was ordered to stay 100 yards from Denise, her home, her place of work and vehicle.

In court documents, she claimed that she had suffered physical abuse during their marriage. However, Aaron denies the claims she made against him and claimed she was doing it to 'make him look bad'.
The pair filed for divorce earlier this month after being married for six years. They listed the official date of their separation as July 4, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind their split.
Meanwhile, Phypers is asking the court to grant him spousal support from Denise, 54.
And now, Aaron has claimed he discovered text messages between Denise and another man on her laptop, as well as selfies and affectionate messages - including her wishing the person 'sweet dreams'.
The businessman claimed that other texts were of Denise and the other man planning a hotel meet up. The Mirror have reached out to Denise's reps and lawyer for comment.
In his spousal support documents, Aaron claimed he has no income of his own, and estimates that Denise earns over $250,000 per month, which is around £185,000, from OnlyFans, TV work, brand deals and public appearances.
In the filing, he estimates that they spend $105,000 - around £77,000 - a month on average and that Denise has been covering it. Their monthly spending is said to include $20K on clothes and $15K on eating out, which is around £15,000 and £11,000 respectively.
Aaron has asked to keep their assets and debts as separate property. The request is said to include his power tools, a motorcycle and a sports car.
Following the claims, Aaron has since told TMZ the claims are "not true". He said: "I have all the details. She is creating a story to save her image reporting a conjured up story when I have all the real evidence."
