Emmerdale fans 'work out' whose grave Cain Dingle visits in 'huge death twist'

fans are certain they've cracked the mystery of whose grave is seen visiting, and it's not who you'd expect. Last year, the soap aired a series of flashforwards, offering viewers a sneak peek into what's in store for the Dales in 2025.

These snippets featured Mackenzie Boyd sprinting through the woods and flatlining on an operating table. There was also a scene where Cain was spotted standing over a freshly dug grave, hinting that a funeral had just taken place.

He was dressed in a black suit and shed a tear at the graveside. fans now believe they've identified the victim, following a tense confrontation this week.

In Thursday's hour-long episode, to listen to her side of the story. She has recently been accused of masterminding Chas Dingle's overdose, but she insists she's innocent.

After drawing Liam to Mandy's house, Ella pleaded with her former lover to believe that she had no involvement in Chas's collapse last month. Believing that Liam was manipulating her, Ella hastily left the scene and ran into the woods, reports .

Liam quickly caught up with her, leading to a heated argument. In the heat of the moment, a distraught Ella pushed Liam to the ground, causing him to hit his head on a rock.

This isn't the first time Liam has suffered a head injury in recent months, as he sustained significant head trauma following the fatal limo crash in February.

After witnessing Liam’s intense face-off with Ella, droves of Emmerdale viewers expressed their worries on social media about the doctor's head wound.

One emotionally charged fan posted in a group, "Well after today's ep, I'm more than convinced that it could be Liam's grave that Cain is stood at in the flashforward,".
