Kate Ferdinand rushes 'injury prone' son to hospital again as he suffers painful mishap

She had another A&E dash with the four-year-old after he suffered a painful mishap. Kate, 33, revealed they had to rush Cree to hospital over the weekend.

When asked about her little boy while on Lorraine, she revealed: "Cree is very injury prone. If you've got a lot of children, he's that one. He broke his collarbone at the end of last year, and I was actually in A&E last Sunday, as he split his ear open."

She added: "He's just that kid. But he's very brave, so we are proud of him." Kate and Rio started dating in 2016 and married three years later. They welcomed Cree as well as daughter Shae, in 2023.

Rio also has three children - Lorenz, 18, Tate, 16, and 13-year-old Tia - with his first wife, Rebecca Ellison, who tragically died of breast cancer in 2015.

In November last year, Kate shared a photo of son Cree in an ambulance as she opened up on the scary ordeal that happened She could be seen kissing the little boy as he lay down on a bed inside the ambulance.

Alongside the black and white photo, Kate shared: "We ended a fabulous trip with a broken collar bone. My boy just always gets injured!! It's been sleepless nights, cuddles, tv & chocolate since."

Kate revealed Cree's accident happened near the end to their family holiday. Cree needed emergency care and was taken to the nearest hospital.

This weekend, it was revealed for their family by quitting the UK for good. They are eying up a life in Dubai and have already started looking at lavish properties to house their entire family.

The couple have decided it is the right time to relocate, according to reports. It is believed they will travel back and forth to the UK to fulfil their work commitments. And a move to Dubai will greatly enhance Rio's business developments.

The couple are also said to be searching for schools for their large family. A source told "Rio and Kate are seriously considering being based out in the Gulf and are looking for a sprawling home with plenty of bedrooms.

"They love the lifestyle and sunny weather and have lots of friends out there." The insider continued: "It's a very safe place for families and offers a healthy lifestyle, which suits them well.

"It holds a special place in their hearts as that's where they met and both could easily travel back and forth for their work commitments in the UK."

Showing their commitment to the country, the pair shared an adorable snap of them on New Years Eve soaking up the rays, looking relaxed and loved up as ever.

Kate captioned the post: "Rio & I met 8 years ago yesterday. Who would have thought that fast forward to now we would be back in the place we met, married, with 2 more beautiful children, 5 in total."

She added: "It's crazy to think that a chance meeting, and so many hurdles thrown our way we would be ready to see in the new year as a family of 7(just missing our Lorenz)."
