Shweta Shah says, I have seen many people whose blood pressure used to reach 160-140. This situation is very dangerous. Because it can increase the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney related diseases. That is why it is very important to keep blood pressure under control. For this, you can do Anulom-Vilom Pranayama 3 times a day for only 10 minutes. This small habit will help in controlling high BP in a natural way and you can see its effect in a few days.

Benefits of Anulom-Vilom Pranayama

Anulom-Vilom is an easy yoga pranayama in which you inhale and exhale through both the nostrils one by one. This helps in-
