US President Donald Trump left many baffled on Friday after footage appeared to show him struggling to walk in a straight line before greetingVladimir Putin on Friday.
As the two leaders prepared to shake hands ahead of crunch Ukraine talks in Alaska, they were both treated to the red carpet treatment, making a long walk from their respective planes to finally meet in person. But eagle-eyed viewers immediately picked up on the fact that the US President appeared to drift left and right as he strode towards the Russian President.
Reacting to the footage, user @TheMaineWonk said: "Can any doctors tell me. Why is Trump struggling to walk in a straight line?"
Meanwhile, @MeidasTouch said: "Trump struggled to walk in a straight line as he went to greet Putin."
A third user replied: "Trump almost fell off that carpet. He can't walk in a straight line."

The President's age and health have been a subject of debate since Trump took office in January.
Earlier this year, he was diagnosed with "chronic venous insufficiency" by a White House medic.
The condition has symptoms such as skin issues, swelling and bloated ankles.
Last month, the White House physician said: "In recent weeks, President Trump noted mild swelling in his lower legs. In keeping with routine medical care and out of an abundance of caution, this concern was thoroughly evaluated by the White House medical unit."
