Mike and Zara Tindall are celebrating 14 years of marriage today, and seem to be as in love as they were on the day they wed. While not a working royal, Princess Anne's daughter had a beautiful Edinburgh wedding in 2011, which caught the attention of royal fans worldwide.
Since that day, and before, Zara and Mike have always shown their love very openly for one another as they are often spotted hugging and sharing kisses in public. They also seem to share a similar sense of humour, with the pair having been caught laughing together on a number of occasions. One of these was during Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Windsor wedding ceremony in 2018.
During the televised ceremony, a heavily pregnant Zara, now 44, and Mike, 46, could be seen trying to hide their giggles as they sat through a long wedding sermon, with Zara believed to have been "uncomfortable" due to how pregnant she was.
This was a moment which one former royal butler thought showed just how "fun" the couple can be.
Speaking to Prime Casino, Grant Harrold, who worked for King Charles when he was the Prince of Wales between 2004 and 2011, said: "Zara and Mike are very approachable, they're fun and they have this mischievous air about them - remember at Prince Harry's wedding when they were spotted in the church trying not to laugh, it was hysterical.
"You can't help but smile with them."
Harrold also described the couple, who now have three children together, as a "good match".
He said: "They're very much down to earth and as normal as you get as a couple. The Royal family love Mike, he's a great addition.
"He got on really well with the late Queen. Everyone really respects him because he fits in so well. Zara is very grounded and he is the same, they're a great match for each other."
It is not known how the couple will be spending their anniversary today, which they will likely mark privately.
