and won't feature in the new South Park series, avoiding another 'nightmare scenario' much to their relief, it has been claimed. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made headlines in February 2023 after , titled The Worldwide Privacy Tour, of the series' Season 26.
The episode centred around the fictional Prince of Canada and his wife (allegedly mocking Harry and Meghan), who travel to the small town of Colorado. South Park's episode follows the couple as they strive for a normal, low-key life. They attempt to do this - on a global tour audibly demanding privacy.
It came at a time after the Hollywood Reporter branded them "the biggest Hollywood losers" later that year.
Harry and Meghan have never commented on the episode nor any claims made against them.
At the time, a source told The Spectator that The Duchess of Sussex was "annoyed by South Park but refuses to watch it all".
But a Sussex spokesperson dismissed the claims and told People: "It's all frankly nonsense. Totally baseless, boring reports."
Now, South Park has released its trailer for Season 27 - set to be released in July 2025 - and neither Harry nor Meghan make an appearance in it at all.
The creators of the show faced various calls to make another episode on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
It comes as Meghan launched her own series last month on Netflix - a lifestyle show titled With Love, Meghan.
The series stars the duchess in all eight episodes as she welcomes her Hollywood pals and reveals her top hosting tips and tricks.
Meghan's show generated mixed reaction from fans but was mostly savaged by critics.
However, it managed to climb into Netlix's global top 10 list and has already been renewed for a second season, which is meant to air this autumn.
