Shoppers are rushing to buy M&S duvet jacket that is 'stunning and very warm'

Winter is well and truly here, and we've found a perfect coat from M&S to beat the wet and cold weather. The jacket, recently launched online, has quickly become a popular item on the store's website.

The £60 Rubber Thermowarmth padded duvet jacket is available in two colours: black and dark claret. In addition to different colour options, there is a wide range of sizes available, from six to 24.

However, some sizes in the dark claret shade have already sold out, specifically sizes 6 and 8, and it has also sold out in size 8 in the black version. On the M&S website, the Rubber Thermowarmth padded duvet jacket seems to be flying off the shelves, with the high-street retailer labelling it as selling fast, reports the Mirror.

That said, given that we're only just at the beginning of the season, M&S could restock it in more sizes.

The jacket is described as a regular fit with a standard length and has a water-resistant coating to protect you from sudden downpours. It also contains the brand's Thermowarmth, which claims to give products superior warmth and insulation.

The duvet jacket has received only a few reviews, but all have positive things to say. One customer said: "I purchased the jacket to wear during the winter when it's very cold. I've tried it on and it's so cosy and comfortable, can't wait to wear it. I usually buy size 14 jackets, but ordered size 12 in the raspberry colour, and it's a great fit and lovely rich colour, and would be able to wear a thin jumper underneath."

Another shopper wrote: "Stunning jacket. True to size. Very warm. Beautiful colour. Love it." And a third person enthused: "Excellent quality. Very pleased with the jacket, which will be very warm for the cold winter days. The quality of the jacket is very good and looking forward to wearing it in the cold weather."
