Cameron Norrie shocked the Paris Masters as he defeated world No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz in the Spanish star's first match of the tournament. The Brit came from a set down to win 4-6 6-3 6-4 in a gutsy display in front of a bumper 16,000 capacity crowd on Centre Court.
Attention swiftly turns to Jannik Sinner, who previously confessed that the battle to be top of the rankings by the end of the year was over, but he has been given an opportunity following Alcaraz's early exit. The reigning Wimbledon and Australian Open champion faces Zizou Bergs in his opening match.
While an exciting Wednesday slate also sees a matchup between two cousins, Arthur Rinderknech and Valentin Vacherot, who recently played against each other in the Shanghai Masters final. The likes of Alexander Zverev, Casper Ruud, Daniil Medvedev, Jose Fonseca, Alex De Minaur and Alexander Bublik are all also in action.
