
The super yacht, which aims to be bigger than the , is set for completion in around four years.
Ulyssia promises to "transform our concept of discovery and home", with 133 lavish apartments set to "meet the standards of a five-star hotel". However, these luxury homes will not come cheap. The prices start around $10 million (£7.7million), where you can purchase a one-bedroom, 1,184 square foot home. For 9x the price of that you can find yourselves in the ownership of a 10,258 square foot property, with six bedrooms. On top of these hefty price tags, owners will also have to pay towards other costs, such as the ship's maintenance and fuel, along with payment for the crew. This is estimated to be around a minimum of £250,000 on top of the initial price.

The yacht itself will contain a medical centre, huge wine cellar, many restaurants plus personal butlers for everyone. For entertainment, there will be a theatre, library and various pools. There will even be a grocery store with products sourced from local piers.
Residents will also be allowed to customise their rooms to their liking as they would in a normal home.
The super yacht will belong to Swiss company Ulyssia Residence AG the brainchild of Espen Øino, renowned yacht designer specialising in luxurious vessels for the extremely rich.

Speaking on the purpose of the mega yacht, CEO of Ulyssia Residences AG, Alain Gruber, said: "The concept behind Ulyssia is to travel the world - but from your own home.
"Every day you can go our and discover new destinations around the world, but in the evening you can come back to your family in your own four walls."
In charge of the boat's stylish interior is FM Architettura, along with eight other top designers, who will provide open-plan living and glass panoramic sea views.
The yacht will be powered by biofuels, and solar panels will also help make use of natural resources to cut emissions of this yacht for the mega-rich.
