Awareness campaign on fire safety held

Bokaro: The district administration on Tuesday organised an awareness programme here on fire safety and emergency response measures as part of the ongoing Fire Service Week, 2025.

District fire officer Bhagwan Ojha provided detailed insights into fire prevention techniques and methods to tackle different types of fire-related incidents.

Deputy commissioner Vijaya Jadhav directed the fire department officials to similar awareness drives in educational institutions, factory complexes, and hospitals throughout the district.DC also contributed to fire brigade's grant box, which will be used to assist fire victims.
