VISAKHAPATNAM: The Visakhapatnam Chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) ushered in a new executive committee for the 2025–26 term, marking a fresh phase of leadership aimed at driving the city’s real estate development with renewed purpose.
V Dharmender was elected as the new Chairman of the chapter, while E Ashok Kumar will take charge as President. The crucial role of General Secretary was entrusted to V Sreenu.
The leadership team also comprises Vice Presidents P Narasimha Rao, KVR Raju (Ramesh), and G Karthik. Supporting them in administrative functions are Joint Secretaries Ch Govinda Raju, N Srinivas Rao, and M Krishna Mohan Rao. The chapter’s financial responsibilities will be overseen by Kancheti Srinivas Rao, who was appointed Treasurer.
Expanding the committee’s core strength, the executive board will also include Ganapathiraju Rajesh, Kiran Kumar Rajana, K Satyanarayana, SS Naga Raju, and M Ranganadham as members.
In a bid to promote broader inclusion and groom future leadership, the chapter has given focused attention to youth and women’s representation. Pavan Sanka will serve as the Youth Wing Co-ordinator, with N Bharanidhar stepping in as Youth Wing Secretary. The Women’s Wing will be led by Ch Bharati as Co-ordinator, while Smt Pranathi Reddy was appointed as Youth Wing Secretary.
The newly elected committee is expected to bring in a wave of new initiatives, collaboration, and sustained growth, as CREDAI Visakhapatnam gears up for a transformative year ahead in the city’s dynamic real estate sector.
