Dilwali Dulha Le Jayegi actress Sanchita Ugale, who plays the lead role of Sukoon in the popular drama, recently celebrated her birthday in the most heartwarming way—on the sets of her show. The celebration took place on April 11, and for Sanchita, it turned out to be an emotional and unforgettable moment.
“This year, my birthday was celebrated on set for the very first time, and it truly meant a lot to me,” Sanchita shared. “Everyone showered so much love and made me feel incredibly special. It’s a memory I will always hold close to my heart.”
The festivities began during a late-night shoot and continued until 3 a.m. “Being an artist, there's nothing more beautiful than being on set, playing a lead role, and celebrating your birthday surrounded by your cast and crew. I feel so blessed,” she added.
The surprises didn’t end there. When Sanchita returned the next morning, she was welcomed with a beautifully decorated vanity room. “It made me feel so emotional and appreciated. I’m grateful to have such a warm, supportive team. We’ve become like a family in no time.”
When asked about her birthday resolution, she said, “I want to make each day amazing, work harder on my craft, stay dedicated, and take care of my health. I’m focused on becoming more established and promising in my journey.”
Despite not being particularly fond of birthday celebrations, Sanchita admits her loved ones always manage to make the day special. “I don’t follow any birthday rituals, but I do begin the day with blessings from my parents and prayers to Matarani.”
Known for her previous roles in Kumkum Bhagya and Wagle Ki Duniya, as well as films like Silence 2 and Chhaava, Sanchita continues to win hearts with her charm, talent, and humility—both on and off screen.
