Thursday was the night of entertainment and fun for Michael Jordan’s ex, Juanita Vanoy, as she stepped out to enjoy a Broadway family drama, Purpose. It was a sort of reunion for Broadway’s ex co-producer as she met her crew and the Purpose star LaTanya Richard Jackson, Hollywood star Samuel L Jackson’s wife. Vanoy visited LaTanya backstage to bond over the play with her. They were accompanied by Vanoy’s crew, who happily posed for a group picture with the celebrities.
LaTanya is a regular star on Broadway. She has acted in four Broadway plays so far, including "Joe Turner's Come and Gone," "A Raisin in the Sun," "To Kill a Mockingbird," and "The Piano Lesson." LaTanya directed "The Piano Lesson" and also acted in it.

The couple’s relationship started turning sour due to Jordan’s demanding career. To make things better, Jordan decided to retire from basketball, but took a u-turn on his decision. Vanoy filed for divorce shortly after in 2002.
According to various media reports, though they tried to reconcile, things went out of control, and they finally separated for good in 2006.

Juanita’s net worth reportedly skyrocketed with the settlement amount, and she invested in businesses and co-produced the Broadway comedy musical Some Like It Hot.
