Charlie Kirk's suspected shooter Tyler Robinson left several messages engraved on the bullet casings, shedding light into the 22-year-old's mind who was becoming political and intolerant of Charlie Kirk's ideologies. The messages range from anti-fascism messages to meme references.

Three unfired casings found in the chamber of the rifle reportedly used by Robinson included left-wing slogans such as “Hey fascist! Catch!” engraved on the side along with an up arrow, a right arrow and three down arrows.

Another featured the words “Oh bella ciao , bella ciao, bella ciao ciao ciao,” referencing to the popular anti-fascist song.

“If you read this, you are gay LMAO [laugh my a** off]” was written on the third.

“Notices, bulges, OWO, what’s this?” was written on the fired casing.

“↑ → ↓ ↓ ↓” refers to a stratagem input from the game Helldivers 2 to summon an Eagle 500kg Bomb. This is unrelated to Antifa groups which use a three arrow symbol (three diagonal down arrows), with no reference to "↑ →" arrows.

'notices, bulges, OWO' is associated with furry and roleplay communities. It's used to describe awkward or over-the-top online flirting.

Balla Ciao is an Italian protest folk song which became an anthem of the Italian anti-fascist resistance during World War II, sung by partisans fighting against Mussolini’s regime and Nazi occupation. The literal meaning of the phrase is: 'Goodbye, beautiful'. But now it's globally popular phrase symbolizing rebellion.
